Driveways here
Homes in town have everything from short single-car drives to long, curving driveways with motor courts. Older drives carry oil stains, tire marks and cracks from tree roots. Newer drives may be colored or stamped and fading in the sun. Coating or sealing improves curb appeal and protects the investment.
Options
Penetrating sealer
Keeps the natural look while repelling water and oil.
Color-enhancing sealer
Restores color on stamped or colored drives, with grit for traction.
Decorative coatings
UV-stable polyaspartic or resurfacing systems transform stained drives into uniform, attractive surfaces.
Our process
We deep clean with hot water and degreasers, treat oil and rust, fill cracks with flexible filler and patch spalled areas. Then we apply the sealer or coating and block the drive until it cures.
Tree roots
Large trees often lift driveway panels. We can grind small lips and fill joints. Large lifts may need a concrete contractor first.
Motor courts
Larger homes may have motor courts and wide parking areas. A uniform coating or sealer gives them a polished, finished look.

Resurfacing worn drives
When the surface is rough or pitted, a thin polymer overlay can create a fresh, even finish. It can be colored, textured and sealed. Resurfacing costs far less than replacing the concrete and can be done in a few days.
Leaf and sap stains
Mature trees drop leaves and sap that leave dark stains. Sealed drives resist these stains and clean with a quick rinse. Under heavy canopy, we suggest resealing more often.
Choosing a color
Lighter grays stay cooler and hide tire marks. Clear sealers keep the natural look. Colored sealers refresh stamped drives. We test a small area first.
Gated entries and long approaches
Some larger homes have gated entries with long concrete approaches up to the house. These surfaces carry delivery trucks, landscaping crews and guests. We coat or seal them in sections so the gate can stay usable, and we plan drying times around trash pickup and deliveries. Borders and banding can be highlighted with a contrasting tint to give the entry a crisp, finished edge.
Basketball courts and sport pads
Many families have a concrete pad beside the driveway with a hoop. We can seal or coat that area to match, with a textured finish that is safe to play on and painted court lines if you want them. A sealed surface also keeps ball marks and shoe scuffs from building up over time.
Electric vehicle chargers
More garages and drives here now host EV chargers. Coatings and sealers protect the slab around the charging spot, where cords drag and cars sit for long periods. We work around existing conduit and mounts and leave clean edges at the charger base so nothing interferes with the equipment or the inspection that comes with it.
Hillside and sloped driveways
Properties closer to the foothills sometimes have sloped drives that get slick after rain or when leaves pile up. We add aggressive grit to coatings on these surfaces and recommend broom-textured finishes or penetrating sealers that keep the natural grip. Good drainage at the bottom of the slope also matters, and we will point out any spots where water collects.
Maintenance after coating
Rinse the drive a few times a year, blow off leaves before they stain, and clean oil drips promptly with a mild degreaser. Recoat or reseal on the schedule we recommend for your product. This simple routine keeps the drive looking fresh for years and protects the slab beneath it.
Side yards and RV pads
Side yard slabs and RV or boat pads collect trailer tire marks, leaking fluids and leaf litter. Sealing these areas along with the main drive keeps the whole property consistent and protects the concrete from oil soaking in. We can also seal the walkway from the drive to the front door so every surface guests see matches.
